Large financial services company based in Auckland CBD seek mature minded and sympathetic Customer Service person to join their supportive team.

This role will be a mix of customer service and administration. You will be dealing with customers who are going through financial hardship and evaluate their situation. This role also deals with customers wanting to make withdraws on investments. This role requires someone who is mature minded, is confident picking up the phone, can deal with customers under stress and has excellent attention to deal

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Inbound and outbound customer service experience and administration 
  • Good attitude and hunger to learn
  • Experience dealing with difficult customers
  • Looking for career progression
  • Excellent attention to detail and process driven
  • Fast learner and good with computer systems
