Some ideas for a successful partnership!

Co-Designing our Partnership together

We have a strong sense of empathy for what internal recruitment teams go through and what they need from their external recruitment partners. Many Find Recruitment consultants are ex-internal recruitment, which further helps us partner with effectiveness. We want to ensure we are providing the engagement you need and want, so we are keen to design and structure our Account Management and delivery model in partnership with you should we be successful. We are keen to learn what is important to Te Whatu Ora stakeholders - HR, Procurement, your Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers. We want to ensure we are clear on the engagement you need, your procurement requirements, and the HR processes you need us to adhere to. This will allow us to structure our business accordingly to support this relationship.

Vendor Briefing – the more we know the better

Having a regular opportunity to get together with other suppliers for Te Whatu Ora organisational updates, news, projects, updates etc is always valuable to ensure we as a partner are up to date and in the know.

Access to Stakeholders when recruiting

Having access to key stakeholders when we recruit is key so we can determine the role requirements is critical. Prompt communication (both ways) for candidate feedback and scheduling interviews throughout a recruitment process is key also.

Communication & Feedback Loop

Let’s establish a feedback loop both ways to share insights and suggestions. This will help us both refine our engagement to ensure we are working together in the most effective and efficient way. This could be by way of an informal or formal Te Whatu Ora/Find Recruitment meeting with an agenda and key items to ensure we are both adding value to the relationship.

Agree escalation Protocols

In the unlikely event of any challenges or escalations, we should establish clear escalation protocols to ensure swift and effective resolution of any unforeseen issues.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

Let’s agree what monitoring systems we need in place to track service delivery against agreed-upon metrics and SLA’s – both ways. Any deviations or opportunities for improvement will be identified and addressed promptly to ensure a quality-of-service delivery.
