Entering the draw is simple! Identify a friend, family member, colleague, or other person you know who is looking for work and submit them into our Refer a Friend form. Each person submitted counts as an entry meaning you can enter multiple times to increase your chances. Once they’re submitted, we’ll evaluate them against current and future roles on offer at Find!
Some terms & conditions do apply. Competition is valid until 30 April 2023, with the successful winner being drawn and announced online on 1 May 2023. The competition is open only to New Zealand residents and citizens, and only entries submitted through the Find Recruitment website using the above form will be considered. The successful winner will be contacted to coordinate delivery of a voucher for the relevant restaurant, or to liaise with the restaurant directly to be invoiced for the dining experience. The experience will be arranged at a restaurant of your choosing, or by our recommendation, in the nearest city to the chosen winner. Selected winner is final and only one winner will be drawn. Find Recruitment reserves the right to amend, withdraw or advance this competition at any time without consultation. The experience may only be redeemed in full for the value of $500 and may not be divided or cashed out. If related referral of the chosen winner is also placed into a new job, then the competition winner will receive the competition prize instead of the standard $300 Refer-a-Friend offer and will not be valid for the $300 on the specific referral.
