New Zealand is currently operating with the COVID-19 Traffic Light System.
This means there are some restrictions in the way we operate. Please review these below or speak to your Consultant if you have any pressing issues.

As of Tuesday, 5 April 2022, there is no longer a requirement to scan in to our office, or to present your My Vaccine Pass. We do still require you, however, to wear a mask on site and to make use of sanitiser and social distancing.

Our Auckland and Wellington offices will both be re-opened, however interviews and site-visits are on an invite-only-basis.

Does this mean that I can have interviews in person again?
Yes, for the most part we will be facilitating in-person interviews once again. At this point in time, it will be at the discretion of our Consultants and based upon Public Health Advice to ensure that all parties remain safe.

We will be routinely reviewing information relating to the alert levels, and will update this as it happens. For the most up-to-date information around our processes and any changes, follow us on LinkedIn.

We look forward to welcoming you back onsite and to getting back to finding great talent!
You must wear a mask while on site.

Wear a mask

You are required to wear a mask whilst on the premises and whilst in meetings with our team members. The mask must cover your nose and mouth whilst worn.

You are required to scan into our offices with the COVID-19 app.

Sign into our office

You are welcome to sign into the office via the government COVID-19 QR Code System to register your visit, but this is not required.

You must sanitise and distance yourself from other people on site.

Sanitise & Distance

You are required to use the sanitiser provided, and to maintain a social distance of at least 2 metres. Our team will schedule your meeting in a room that supports this.
