Welcome to Mental Health Awareness Week, a time dedicated to prioritising mental health, reducing stigma, and promoting well-being. Maintaining mental health and wellbeing is an ongoing effort, one which we think everyone should work towards. This week is all about fostering understanding, support, and open conversations.

MHAW is run annually by the Mental Health Foundation and has been since 1993.

MHAW is endorsed by the World Federation for Mental Health and is marked in over 150 countries at different times of the year.
