I may hide it well, but technically, I am Northern English. I spent my youth gallivanting Europe before eventually making the leap to Aotearoa.

As hard as I tried, study wasn't for me, so I jumped into the work force at full speed. Recruitment had never crossed my mind until I went to an agency to gain some temporary work and instead walked out with a job offer as a recruiter. 10 years later and I am still recruiting! I am a people person, my friends say I could have a conversation with a cardboard box and it would probably respond so recruitment has always been good fit for me.

Growing up I always wanted a job that meant I was helping people. Recruitment has meant I can do that, and it's exciting to follow peoples careers and watch them achieve their goals. I love working with Find, people truly come first and that's how it should be.
